Function:
Mainly extracted from fresh skin and scales of tilapia, cod, and other fish using enzyme directed cleavage technology. Mainly type I collagen, the product is rich in 19 amino acids and has a molecular weight between 2000-5000D in length.
Using fresh cowhide as raw material, after high-temperature degreasing treatment, the protein is separated using enzymes combined with advanced high-frequency assisted extraction technology.
