Product Description
Joro toxin is an important non-heme iron-binding glycoprotein in milk, widely present in breast milk and other milk, among which the lactoferrin content in breast milk is the highest, up to 6~14 mg/mL in human colostrum, 1 ~ 3.2 mg/mL in normal milk, and about 0.02 ~ 0.35 mg/mL in cow milk. Goat milk is about 0.02~0.2 mg/mL. The effects of Joro toxin mainly focus on three aspects: antibacterial, antiviral and promoting iron absorption. In addition, Joro toxin also contributes to the regulation of intestinal flora, mainly by inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria, thus promoting the proliferation of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium, and thus maintaining the balance of intestinal flora.
